At BedJet, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your sleep experience, which is why we offer a 60-day risk-free return period for all new units. If you are not achieving the perfect night's sleep, our dedicated support team is here to assist with troubleshooting or a seamless return process.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our Customer Care team within 60 days of receipt to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your BedJet
Carefully place the BedJet unit, remote, and all accessories back into their original packaging to ensure the product is protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
